The man who just loves to race
Rob Klassen is no stranger when it comes to racing on No Prep surfaces, just this past year Rob made his way to just about every Prepped, or No Prep race that we at Street Racing Channel promoted. This time the stakes are bigger than ever, with $8000 up for grabs and competing against some of the best no prep racers in the country! April 20th-21st he will be racing at Pacemakers Dragway Park in Mount Vernon, Ohio for the Untouchable No Prep Shootout presented by Trick Flow Specialties.

"I've Been Around Racing All my life"
Rob got into racing at an early age traveling with his family to the races, "My Father, my uncles, and I traveled all over Texas when I was a kid in the 70's campaigning a B/Fuel Altered." Rob bought his Foxbody Mustang in Corpus Christi Texas in 1996, then moved to West Virginia later that year.
"Built from the ground up, with help from Kevin Tucker on the paint and body, Toby Cunningham, with Cunningham Motorworks out of So. Chas, WV did all the machining, and tuning, JB Hall helps with the chassis tuning, and Rey Green is part of my Crew.
The engine is a 427 Small Block Ford with Trick Flow Standard Degree Heads by Cunningham Motorworks, topped with an induction solutions fogger, and backed by a rossler transmission. "Going to be tough with stock valve angle 20 degree heads," says Robert.
A Tough Competitor
Rob has an extremely fast hot rod, and he is never afraid to spray the house down to win the race. Big plans are in motion this off season to make Robs car even lighter, and more competitive as if it already wasn't!
