Colin Cichocki has locked into the Untouchable No Prep Shootout Sponsored by Trick Flow Specialties (April 20th-21st) . His ride is a nasty 76' Chevy Nova, Stock suspension, "3600 lbs", powered by a Big Block Chevy on Nitrous. Colin and his team are representing out of Westland, Michigan. Colin will be competing against the best of the best in No Prep with guys like Boosted GT, Eric Bain, and Boost 12 all coming for the money. This could go down as Biggest No Prep Race in Ohio's history, all taking place at the Historic Pacemakers Dragway Park, in Mount Vernon, Ohio.
"I've been under cars since i could walk"
We asked Colin about himself and the history on the car. He tells us, "Im the youngest out of 4 boys, and we all have bad ass hotrods. Big thanks goes to my dad Jack for getting all of us into this awesome sport. I've been under cars since I could walk, and I started racing when I was 16. I owned a 86 camaro with a 350 sbc was a consistent 12 second car that was fast back in that time. My current Race car / grudge car is "FMJ". I have owned the car for 8 years, when I acquired the car, it was bone stock. I have built the car from the ground up with the help from family and friends. FMJ has never been to a race shop, It is 100% gararge built!"
"My intentions with the car are grudge racing and always will be a grudge car. I'm a die hard grudge racer and always will be. The motor combination is a conventional headed 555 bbc Built by Dave kutchyn and Chris Cichocki at "HEADWINDS". It has a single nitrous fogger by Nitrous Supply plumbed and tuned by George preiss."
